This large multi complex development started in 1997. Building extensions were completed in 2007 and a new building added in 2011. Site preparation involved demolition of telecom and electric company buildings.
We re-used the roof structure from the telecom building, transporting it to Waimea Sawmillers for use in a new shed. The electric company building had a huge concrete component, and rather than dumping it, we processed into aggregate and used it as a base layer for the carpark.
